Marybeth Albritton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marybeth served as the Chief Financial Officer at Valley Community Services starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Netsmart from February 2017, where they held the role of Consulting Manager. In this position, they led multiple client engagements, managed consulting staff, and utilized their expert knowledge of the healthcare industry to develop operational and revenue capture strategies. Marybeth also spoke at industry meetings, served as the firm's expert on value-based payment initiatives, and managed various financial and operational projects.

Before joining Netsmart, Marybeth Albritton worked at Inova Health System from January 2002 to February 2017, where they held the role of Director of Finance and Operations. During their tenure, they held finance leadership roles for both Fairfax Hospital and Inova Medical Group.

Prior to their work at Inova, Marybeth Albritton owned Violet Rose As Marybeth Grows, a company that designed, marketed, and positioned products for mass production in department stores and boutiques. Marybeth also had the opportunity to meet with buyers from Bloomingdales and Saks Fifth Avenue and showcased their products in a prominent NY showroom.

Marybeth Albritton's career also includes a role at McBee from June 1995 to May 2000, where they served as a Supervisor. In this position, they represented the firm as the Skilled Nursing Facility expert, conducted Return on Investment Analysis, and performed revenue cycle audits for various provider types in different states.

Marybeth Albritton earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business in 1995. Marybeth then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, with a concentration in Informatics, from Saint Joseph's University, which they completed in 2017.
