Nicole Salemme (Bauer) has extensive experience in workforce planning and benefits management, currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Planning & Benefits at Valley Children's Healthcare since February 2012. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions, including Manager of Benefits, Safety & Wellness and Managee of Workforce Planning at the same organization. Earlier in their career, Nicole worked at Community Medical Centers as the Manager of Benefits from May 2001 to February 2012. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources from California State University, Fresno, earned between 1997 and 2001.
