Tim Gifford, FRICS, CRE, has an extensive background in real estate investment and finance. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Valle Nevado since March 2023, Gifford has held the position of Managing Director of Capital Advisors Latin America at CBRE since July 2011. Prior experience includes roles as an Independent Board Member at Sencorp, Urbanova Inmobiliaria, and Libertador Hotels, Resorts & Spas from 2019 to 2021, as well as the Florida Chapter Chair and Board Member for the Americas at RICS. Gifford's notable assignments include advising institutional and European investment funds on significant property acquisitions in Santiago, Chile. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from IE Business School, an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School, and a B.A. in International Affairs/Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating Magna cum Laude.
