Previously, Fleet held the position of Senior Human Factors Engineer and Competency Lead at BMT from December 2018 to January 2022, managing a team and overseeing multiple human factors engineering projects. Career highlights include leading innovative training development for the Army Research Laboratory at Humanproof and contributing to military training software design at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division.
