Jen Min Yap is an accomplished leader in retail operations with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Valiram since March 2016, previous roles include Assistant Vice President and Senior Operations Manager for Charles & Keith and Pedro. Prior to Valiram, Jen Min Yap played a key role as Retail Operations Manager at Bata Malaysia, successfully rebranding 42 stores under the 'City Concept' initiative. Previous positions at JERASIA FASHION SDN. BHD. included Head of Retail and Senior Brand Manager for MNG/MANGO, where Jen Min Yap achieved record sales and improved business strategies. Earlier career experiences also include brand management for Nike and client service at Mediaedge:CIA, where notable accolades were received for media campaigns. Jen Min Yap holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Curtin University.
