During tenure at Elken Sdn Bhd from 2009 to 2019, Karen held roles including AVP of Marketing Planning & Promotion and HOD of FMCG Marketing and Planning & Promotion, achieving notable sales increases through strategic promotion management and effective marketing initiatives. Karen holds a Diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Central Academy of Art, along with an SPM from SMK Bukit Kuda.
