Akseli Huhtanen is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Validia since March 2024, where responsibilities include leading learning functions and cultural initiatives for a large organization serving individuals with disabilities. Previous experience includes roles such as Learning Manager at Huuva, Digital Learning Specialist at Aalto University, and Learning Designer at FITech Network University, contributing to the advancement of digital learning and pedagogy. Akseli has also been actively involved in the education sector as a teacher and project coordinator, and has founded and led initiatives such as the Dare to Learn festival, which unites learning professionals globally. Akseli holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki.
