Astrid Thorissen is a highly experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Global Healthcare Quality Manager at Yusen Logistics International Supply Chain since May 2018. Astrid leads the Global Healthcare Quality Department, manages various quality projects, ensures GDP compliance, and develops global best practices. Additional roles include serving as Vice President for Education and Careers at the European Industrial Pharmacists Group and participation in advisory boards. With a solid background in quality management and pharmaceutical education, supported by a PharmD and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Astrid has also gained experience at Bayer as a Medical Scientific Liaison and at Fagron Group in global quality innovation roles.
