Taylor Lilley-Wild has a diverse work experience. Taylor started their career as a WNBA player for the Phoenix Mercury in 2010 and transitioned to coaching roles afterward. Taylor worked as a Women's Basketball Assistant Coach at The Master's College from 2011 to 2012. Later, from 2018 to 2021, they served as the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Oaks Christian School. In 2021, they worked as an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Vanguard University of Southern California until 2022. In 2023, they joined Valid8 Financial as a Business Development Representative.

Taylor Lilley-Wild attended the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business from 2006 to 2010. There, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management.
