Craig Ballinger has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Craig started their career in 1997 as a Regional Consulting Manager at Platinum Software.

In 1998, they joined Epicor Software, where they worked as a Practice Manager, Business Development and later became the Director of Development.

In 2002, they joined CapitalStream as the Director of Professional Services and then became the Senior Director of Customer Services.

In 2008, they joined HCL Technologies as the Chief Knowledge Officer, overseeing knowledge management practices in the organization.

In 2013, they joined Linedata as the Vice President, Knowledge Management, responsible for training and implementation.

Later, they became the Vice President of Industry Solutions until 2018.

In 2018, they joined VersAccounts as the Head of Services and Customer Success.

Currently, they are working as the VP Customer Success at VALID8 Financial since 2019.
