Michael Eisenrauch has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Michael is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Valiant Bank since September 2022. In the same year, they also joined Entris Banking AG as a Verwaltungsrat. Prior to these positions, they held roles as an Investor at carbonfuture GmbH and gapfruit AG in 2020 and 2018 respectively. Michael also worked as a Dozent at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz starting from June 2016. Michael served as a Verwaltungsrat at Keen Innovation from October 2018 to August 2022. Michael spent a significant part of their career at Basler Kantonalbank, where they were a Mitglied der Konzernleitung from November 2009 to August 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Cirquent NTT Data Group from October 2007 to October 2009. Finally, they served as Prokurist und Leiter eBusiness at Sparkasse Oberösterreich from August 1991 to March 2007. Michael also had a one-time involvement as a Vortragender at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in 2012.

- From 2019 to 2019, they attended Swiss Board School and completed an "Ausbildung zum professionellen Verwaltungsrat" (Training for Professional Board Member). Michael studied under Prof. Dr. nur., RA Roland Müller and Prof. Dr. oec. Martin Hilb.

- From 2018 to 2019, they studied at the University of St.Gallen, specializing in "Führung und Personalmanagement" (Leadership and Personnel Management). Michael obtained the degree of organizational Energy-Coach from the energy factory St. Gallen.

- In 2016, they completed a CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in "Führung und Personalmanagement" at the University of St.Gallen.

- From 2011 to 2013, they pursued their Doctor of Science (Abbreviation: Dr.) degree in International Management at the European University Wien / Belgrade.

- In 2010 and 2011, they obtained a Magister degree in Internationales Management from the European University Wien / Belgrade.

- From 2007 to 2009, they earned an MBA (Master of Business Administration) specializing in General Management from the Universität für Weiterbildung Krems.

- Between 2000 and 2007, they studied Usability, Useability, Web user interface, Mobile Solution, and Ambient Intelligence at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.

- From 2000 to 2006, they attended the Universität für Weiterbildung Krems and obtained a MAS (Master of Advanced Studies), MSc (Master of Science), and Certified Projektmanagement in various fields such as E-Business, M-Business, E-Commerce, Marktplätze, UbiComp, AmI, Projektmanagement, and Prozessmanagement (Project Management and Process Management).
