Celia Baker is a highly accomplished security and compliance expert with extensive experience in providing virtual CISO (vCISO) and C-level consulting services. Since joining IntelliGRACS Group, Inc. in December 2008 as President and Principal Consultant, Celia has specialized in information security program development, risk management, and regulatory compliance, including FedRAMP and CMMC advisory services. Current roles include Security and Compliance Advisor positions at SecureIT, Rizkly, and Vali Cyber, offering guidance to organizations on achieving compliance with cybersecurity standards. Celia's previous experience encompasses key leadership positions such as CISO for OpenSpan, Director of Security Governance at Symantec, and Information Security Officer at a private bank.
