Sanchit Baijal has a comprehensive background in product compliance and telecommunications, currently serving as the Head of Product Compliance for Cisco Systems since January 2013. In this role, Sanchit oversees product compliance across India, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka, managing regulations related to product safety, environmental standards, wireless certification, and telecom approvals. Prior to Cisco, Sanchit held the position of Senior Compliance Manager at Compliance International from April 2000 to December 2012, where responsibilities included leading testing activities for various telecommunications products in compliance with Indian regulatory standards. Sanchit's career began as a Customer Support Engineer at Multi-Tech Systems, focusing on the installation and troubleshooting of telecommunications equipment. Sanchit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University and completed secondary education at FCI Inter School Gorakhpur.
