Previously, Tom served as the Director of Materials at the same company. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision from California State University, Bakersfield, obtained between 1986 and 1987.
