Tony Bartys has extensive experience in the retail and operations sectors, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at CST Brands, Inc. since May 2013, following its spin-off from Valero Energy. In addition, Tony holds the position of Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Valero Retail Holdings, Inc. and has been with Valero Energy since June 1998 as Vice President of Retail Operations. Prior experience includes project management roles at Fuelman, Inc. and Fleetcor/Fuelman, along with an early career as an assistant accountant at Peat Marwick and a pre-loader at UPS. Tony's military background includes serving as Torpedoman 2nd Class SS in the US Navy, where substantial leadership training was gained. Tony earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of West Florida in 1983.
