Kati Uminski has over two decades of human resources experience, primarily at Valero, where Kati has held various roles since 2007, including HR Refinery Manager, HR Refinery Supervisor, Lead HR Generalist, HR Specialist, Learning and Development Specialist, and Learning and Development Advisor. Kati began a career at Harland Clarke from 2001 to 2007 as a Training Specialist. Kati holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from The University of Texas at San Antonio (1996-2003).
