Caroline Taylor MS, RD has a diverse range of experience in the fields of food science, dietetics, and research. Caroline has worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Georgia Graduate School, where Caroline conducted nutritional epigenetic regulation of metabolism research. Caroline has also interned at Red Diamond Coffee & Tea, where Caroline focused on quality assurance and product development. Caroline completed a Coordinated Program in Dietetics at The University of Alabama and has experience in health education and corporate wellness. Currently, Caroline holds various roles at VALENTINE ENTERPRISES, INC. where Caroline is involved in research and development as a Manager and Formulator.
