Shai Mikler started their work experience in 2015 as an RFIC characterization student at Altair Semiconductor. They held this role from August 2015 to August 2016. In 2017, they began working at Marvell Semiconductor as a Physical Design Engineer, a position they held until October 2019. From October 2019 to February 2021, they worked as a Verification Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor. Currently, since February 2021, they are employed as a Verification Engineer at Valens.

Shai Mikler completed an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University from 2013 to 2017. Later, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Hardware Engineering at the same institution.
