Boris Goltsman has extensive work experience in the field of validation and integration engineering. Boris started their career at MARVEL in 2007 as a Validation Audio Engineer, where they conducted acoustic calibration processes and provided audio support to customers. In 2007, they also joined Marvell Israel Ltd. as a Validation Engineer.
In 2016, Boris joined Valens, where they held multiple roles. Boris initially worked as a Validation & Integration Engineer, where they planned, created, and executed test plans for hardware and firmware integration. Boris also validated the company's IP integration and troubleshooted defects using various testers and equipment.
From 2017 to 2019, Boris served as the Validation & Integration Team Leader at Valens, where they led a team of engineers and took charge of the validation process for automotive chips. Boris was responsible for the validation from pre-silicon FPGA stage to post-silicon ASIC production.
Boris Goltsman completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University from 2003 to 2007. Boris then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Tel Aviv University from 2013 to 2015.
