Nikki Herman currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Valencor, and as Financial Planning Specialist at Springs Wealth Group since November 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Finance & Operations at AMERGINT Technologies from June 2021 to August 2022, and Vice President of Finance and Operations at Parsons Corporation from June 2018 to June 2021, where significant involvement in integration efforts followed the acquisition of Polaris Alpha. Nikki was Chief Administrative Officer at Polaris Alpha from November 2016 to June 2018, contributing to the strategic leadership of a defense contractor formed from the merger of six companies. Earlier, as Chief Financial Officer at Intelligent Software Solutions, a Polaris Alpha subsidiary, Nikki played a pivotal role in scaling the company from under $1 million to nearly $200 million in annual revenue during a 15-year tenure.
