Nicolas Daragon

±Ê°ùé²õ¾±»å±ð²Ô³Ù at Valence Romans Agglo

Nicolas Daragon holds extensive experience in public service and management. Since January 2016, Nicolas has served as Vice-président délégué aux finances, à l’administration générale et aux ressources humaines, as well as Vice-président en charge du tourisme et du thermalisme at Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. In addition, Nicolas has been the ±Ê°ùé²õ¾±»å±ð²Ô³Ù of Valence Romans Agglo and the Maire of Ville de Valence since April and March 2014, respectively. Previously, Nicolas was a Conseiller départemental and vice-±Ê°ùé²õ¾±»å±ð²Ô³Ù for the DEPARTEMENT DE LA DROME until January 2016 and held positions as the Gérant de sociétés from January 2009 to March 2014, and as a conseiller municipal d'opposition for Ville de Valence from 2008 to 2014. Earlier roles included Director of Valence Tourisme from March 2000 to December 2008, where event organization and tourist information were key responsibilities. Nicolas began public service as Adjoint au Maire from 1995 to 2008. Education includes a Master 2 in Management d'Unité Stratégique from HEC Paris and a Master 2 in Droit Public from various law faculties in 1996.
