Eric GUTTIEREZ has extensive experience in communication and public administration, currently serving in the Cabinet du President at Valence Romans Agglo since June 2021. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Ville d'Annecy for two decades, holding various positions including Chargé de mission, Directeur de la communication, Chef de Cabinet for Jean Luc RIGAUT, and Chargé de Mission under Bernard BOSSON. Earlier experience includes a communication role at Ville de Saint-Genis-Pouilly and a position as a corporate trainer specializing in team motivation and public speaking. Eric holds a Maîtrise in Information & Communication from Lille 3, obtained between 1986 and 1991.
