Carole Bernard has extensive experience in recruitment and employment services, currently serving as the Responsable service Recrutement Emploi Effectifs at Valence Romans Agglo since January 2016. In this role, Carole Bernard leads a team, aligns profiles of agents with available positions, and ensures the well-being of team members. Prior to this, Carole Bernard worked at Ville de Valence from September 1996 to December 2015 in various roles including Responsable service Emploi Formation Recrutement and Chargée de recrutement. Carole Bernard began their career as a Conseiller d’insertion at the Mission Locale Agglomération et Territoire du Valentinois (MLATV) from March 1992 to September 1996. Carole Bernard holds a Master 2 in Psychologie du travail from Université Paris 8 and a Master 1 in Psychologie du travail from Université Grenoble Alpes.
