Taila Lemos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, strategy management, and innovation consulting. Currently serving as a CVC Senior Business Analyst at Vale since December 2022, Taila also founded Agrobiomarkers in May 2020, focusing on investment analysis, portfolio management, and corporate venturing programs. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Corporate Garage and Executive Director at Gentros Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Ltda, with expertise in deal analysis, business model development, and financial management. Taila co-founded Associação Campinas Startups, contributed as a member of the Board of Directors at CIETEC, and served as Director at ANPEI, promoting collaboration among businesses.
