Alexandre Pereira is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at Vale, where positions have included Executive Vice President of Projects & Energy, Executive Vice President of Global Business Solutions, Senior Vice President of Global CIO, and Vice President of Global IT Services since July 2009. Prior to this, Alexandre served as Vice President & CIO at Vale Base Metals and held positions at IBM and Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Member of the Board of Advisors. Alexandre's educational background includes an MBA in Business from MIT Sloan School of Management and multiple post-graduate degrees, culminating in a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from UERJ.
