Brian Conroy currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at VALE Insurance Partners, a specialty MGA focused on underwriting transactional liability risks, since 2022. Prior to this role, Brian worked at Constellation Affiliated Partners from 2019 to 2022 as Corporate Controller and Head of FP&A, overseeing accounting, financial operations, and strategic initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions. Brian's extensive experience also includes various finance leadership positions at Thomson Reuters between 2010 and 2019, and earlier roles at Integro Insurance Brokers, Deutsche Bank, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
