Ibereayo Amoo ACIPM, HRPL, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Vale since January 2024, previously acting as the Head of Human Resources at The Concept Group from July 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of 16 HR professionals and developing employee engagement strategies. Prior roles include Head of People & Culture at Spazio Ideale, Human Resources Manager at High Definition Healthcare Diagnostic Center, and People Administrative & Project Officer with the Lagos State Government, where notable achievements include receiving an award for exemplary performance. Ibereayo holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Obafemi Awolowo University and a certification in Project Management from the British School of Project Management.
