Bill Snyder currently serves as the VP Contract at Valdese Weavers since June 2021. With extensive experience in the textile industry, Bill held the position of VP Burlington Contract Fabrics at Elevate Textiles from January 2010 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading product development, sales, marketing, and operations for ITG's contract fabrics business. Prior to that role, Bill was the Director of Product Development at International Textile Group, managing product development for contract upholstery fabrics and streamlining product lines. Bill began the career at Burlington Industries as a Product Development Chemist and later served as an Application Development Specialist at Dow Chemical Co, earning a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Bill holds both a BS and MS in Textile Chemistry from North Carolina State University, graduated between 1990 and 1996.
