Daljeet Kaur has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different companies. Daljeet began their career at Opus Energy in 2014, where they worked as a Customer Relationship Manager, building strong relationships with corporate customers and supporting business development. Daljeet then moved on to become the Head of Customer Experience, displaying exceptional leadership and working closely with other department heads. In 2016, they became the Head of Business Services, responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience in various departments. In 2017, Daljeet joined The White Company as the Head of Customer, where they led the development of a customer-first culture and managed customer service policies. Currently, they are working as the Operations Director at Valda Energy Limited, overseeing operational processes and leading business change initiatives.
Daljeet Kaur attended Gravesend Grammar School for Girls from 1993 to 1998. In 2010 and 2011, they enrolled in The Open University and obtained a Professional Certificate of Management in the field of Management.
