Oana Jișa has a solid work experience in the field of software development. Oana started their career as an Intern .NET Developer at ERNI in July 2017. After the internship, they joined ERNI as a full-time .NET Developer in October 2017 and worked there until March 2020. During their time at ERNI, Oana was involved in developing web applications using the Agile methodology. Oana was responsible for writing code, analyzing requirements, estimating features, and coordinating with other teams. In March 2020, they moved on to work as a Full stack Developer at Qubiz until September 2021. Currently, they are employed as a .NET Developer at Valcon, starting from September 2021.

Oana Jișa attended Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca from 2015 to 2018, where they pursued studies in Informatics. During their educational journey, Oana also obtained various certifications. In December 2013, they achieved the CAE certification, and in March 2015, they obtained the Deutsches Sprachdiplom. More recently, in August 2022, Oana became Microsoft Certified in Azure Fundamentals, followed by acquiring the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification in October 2022.
