Jodi Steenaart-Coll has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Their most recent position is with Valcon, where they are currently the Head of People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Resourcing for Valcon UK. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing human resources and talent acquisition strategies for the company. Prior to joining Valcon, Jodi worked at Avencia as the Manager of Client Services, where they led the UK RPO, MSP, and global contingent workforce solution for Markel International. Jodi also developed expertise in diversity and inclusion initiatives and offered guidance on various talent-related matters. Before Avencia, Jodi held the position of Manager at EY, where they led a team of recruiters and played a key role in increasing gender and BME diversity in the technology competency group. Additionally, they were responsible for managing the returner program and creating a brand proposition for technology careers for females at EY. Jodi also worked at KPMG UK as a Recruitment Business Partner and at RSA and Resource Management Ltd in various recruitment roles. Their work experience also includes roles at Elan IT and G2 Recruitment Solutions.
Jodi Steenaart-Coll pursued their education from 2005 to 2008 at Bath Spa University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 classification in Media Communications.
