David Pascua has over 15 years of diverse experience in the real estate and business development sectors. Currently serving as a Commercial Appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors since December 2013, David has held positions that include Analyst at Integra Realty Resources and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Haxton & Company. Prior to these roles, David gained experience as a Business Development Manager at Scott Hedrick Construction, Inc., and as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Everest Custom Builders. David's career began as a Marketing Manager at Tamarack Resort and as Owner/Operator of BackSmart, Inc. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Boise State University.
