George Latis, P.Eng., is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Quality Manager at Valard Construction LP since July 2016, George has successfully revamped the Quality Management System (QMS) to align with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Previous roles include Branch Quality Manager at Graham, overseeing major industrial projects, and Corporate Quality Manager at North American Construction Group. George's career began in Romania, where roles included Engineer at the Ministry of Defense, managing large-scale construction projects. George holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnics and Foundations from the University of Bucharest.
