Sophie Jaillet is currently the Head of Business Administration at valantic CEC Deutschland. Prior to this, Sophie worked as the Chief Operating Officer at HRM Institute GmbH & Co KG, where Sophie was responsible for operational business and strategic development. Sophie has a background in trade fair operations and has experience in project management and marketing. Additionally, Sophie is a co-founder and managing director of a contemporary dance company. Sophie has also had a successful career as a professional ballet and contemporary dancer in various theaters and dance companies in Germany, Switzerland, France, and the USA.
