Todd Thomas has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing, currently serving as Director of Operations at Valco Industries, Inc. since December 2011. Previously, Todd held various leadership roles at Valco Industries, including Director of Manufacturing and Lean and Director of Lean Manufacturing. Prior to this, Todd worked as Project Coordinator at Fleetwood RV, Inc., and as Director of Lean Manufacturing at 8th Floor Promotions. Todd's career began at Crown Equipment Corporation, where Todd served as Senior Manufacturing Engineer focused on Lean Processes for nearly two decades.
