Currently serving as the Sales Lead for Renewable Energy at Vaisala Xweather since April 2023, William Smith previously held several key positions at AccuWeather from 2006 to 2022, including Vice President of International Strategy & Global Technology, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic partnerships and integrating new components to drive product growth in China. William Smith also led a team of over 50 as Vice President of Digital Media, Product & Technical Operations for a $120MM line of business, and held leadership roles in systems engineering, managing teams of more than 100 employees.
