Marjut Mäkelä is an experienced event manager currently working at Suomen Palloliitto - Football Association of Finland since September 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating youth national team games and various events. Previously, Marjut held the role of LOS Project Coordinator for the UEFA Super Cup 2022, overseeing event preparation and stakeholder coordination. Experience extends to roles such as Accreditation Supplier for PGA European Tours and UEFA EURO2020 Venue Accreditation Manager in Copenhagen, managing accreditation operations and leading teams. Marjut has a strong background in event coordination with Foreward AG, supporting major events for the International Ice Hockey Federation, and has played professionally in the Swiss NLA and Finnish Salibandyliiga. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oulu University of Applied Sciences and an exchange program at City University, Bratislava.
