Thomas Claxton is a Java Software Engineer at Vail Systems since September 2020. Prior to this role, Thomas gained experience at DePaul University as a Student Technician, where responsibilities included troubleshooting devices and documenting interactions in ServiceNow CRM. Additional positions at DePaul University included Computer Science Research Assistant, where Thomas focused on SQL database security testing and tool development, as well as serving as a Computer Science Supplemental Instructor, tutoring students in Data Structures I. Thomas also worked as a Help Desk Associate, providing technical support to clients, and began professional experience as a Produce Clerk at Jewel-Osco. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University, completed in 2020.
