Kristen Ynclan currently serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Vail Resorts, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this, Kristen held the title of Senior Director of Total Rewards at Fluke Corporation, leading a global team responsible for various HR functions. Kristen's previous roles include positions at Carrier with a focus on Compensation and Benefits, as well as management roles at BMC Software in Sales Compensation and Executive Compensation. Early career experiences include legal clerkships and internships in law and HR at various organizations, alongside a strong educational background with a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
