Jennifer Winslow is a seasoned professional in human resources and legal education, currently serving as a Senior Manager, HRBP at Vail Resorts since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Consultant at Investment HR, Inc. in late 2021. Notably, Jennifer was the Managing Director of the OnRamp Fellowship and COO at Diversity Lab from 2013 to 2021, where Jennifer designed and launched the first returnship program in the legal profession, successfully placing over 90 Fellows, including a significant representation of women of color. Jennifer also served as Director for the Private Sector and Judicial Clerkships at the University of Colorado Law School, facilitating DE&I employment initiatives. Earlier in the career, Jennifer held positions as Managing Director at Major, Lindsey & Africa and as Attorney/Site Supervisor at the Legal Aid Foundation of L.A., enhancing access to legal services. Jennifer earned a Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University.
