Paige Allen has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vail Health from October 2022 onwards. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at the same company from November 2021 to October 2022. Paige also has experience as a Patient Access Representative at Vail Health from August 2020 to December 2021. In addition, they worked as a Ski Instructor at Vail Resorts from November 2017 to April 2022. Before that, Paige served as a Sales Representative at Great Lakes Wine & Spirits from July 2016 to October 2017. Paige also had an internship as a Fan Experience Intern at Michigan International Speedway in the summer of 2015. Prior to their internship, Paige worked as a Server at Beach Bar from May 2010 to August 2014, where they provided customer service, handled transactions, and performed cleaning duties. Their work experience also includes a role as a Teacher Assistant at Early Childhood Development Center from January 2014 to May 2014, where they assisted teachers and worked with children on gross motor skills.

Paige (Kennedy) Allen obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Saint Mary's College, where they majored in Psychology and minored in Business and Public Relations/Advertising. Paige attended the college from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) from The Recruiter Academy in May 2023.
