Karthik Kumar has been working in the recruitment field since 2011. Karthik began their career as an HR Recruiter at ASM Technologies in 2011. In 2016, they moved to Capgemini and took on the role of SAP Recruiter. In 2017, they joined DXC Technology as a Business Development Executive. In 2019, Karthik moved back to Capgemini as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2021, they took on a similar role at Atos IT Solutions and Services. Most recently, Karthik has been working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Vahak since 2022.
