Francisco Lugo is an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in production management, particularly within the electronics sector. Currently serving as SMT Sr Production Manager at VadaTech Inc. since June 2022, Francisco previously held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Axsys Automation from November 2007. With prior roles at Microgroup Manufacturing and ICT, Francisco has extensive expertise in overseeing production schedules, quality control, and process engineering, along with a focus on IPC standards, SMT assembly development, and implementing engineering changes. Francisco holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Industrial Engineering from ITN, earned between 1989 and 1993.
