Lisa’s passion throughout her 20+ years in finance has been financial planning and analysis. She can tell you everything about the importance of educating leaders on how what they do every day translates to financial results. This has been the foundation of her career and if you talk to her about the role of finance in an organization, this is where she will start. As a result, she has been an integral part of many successful business transformations for high-growth companies.
Lisa initially joined Vaco Holdings as the first-ever chief administrative officer, but when the opportunity opened up for her to step in as chief financial officer, her core background in FP&A and finance strategy couldn’t keep her away. Before joining Vaco Holdings full time, Lisa was a loyal client for many years, and – most recently – she served as a consultant for Vaco’s accounting and finance team. Lisa will play a critical role in guiding Vaco Holdings through the next evolution of company growth.
Lisa’s previously held leadership roles at Sitel, StarTek, Recall and Fruit of the Loom, where she successfully implemented the necessary changes needed to optimize and scale business processes to enable growth, make her a great steward to enhance Vaco Holdings’ entrepreneurial venture.
Lisa is proudly from the Detroit area and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance Management from Wayne State University. While she does go back to Michigan often to visit family, her preference is and will always be to head to the beach, which is where you will find her with her husband of 25 years, Ed. Together, they have three children and six grandchildren. You can find them doing life on the north side of Nashville, Tennessee in Gallatin.
