Lanell Flint has a diverse and extensive work experience in the recruitment and consulting industry. Lanell started their career with Ajilon Professional Staffing - Adecco Group in 1999, where they held various management roles, including Sales Manager, Market Manager, and Area Manager. In 2007, Lanell joined Accounting Principals, an Adecco Group company, as an Area Vice President and later became Vice President, overseeing business operations in Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, and Sacramento. Lanell then joined The Adecco Group in 2020 as Regional Vice President of Professional Recruitment, responsible for the Adecco Professional Recruitment division in several markets. Lanell's most recent role was with BVOH Search & Consulting, which was acquired by Vaco in 2021. Lanell served as Senior Vice President, leading finance and accounting consulting and search services in the Bay Area and Austin. In 2023, Lanell continued their role as Senior Vice President with Vaco, focusing on building world-class finance and accounting teams for dynamic companies. Throughout their career, Lanell has demonstrated a commitment to building meaningful relationships and prioritizing the interests of candidates and clients.
