Simon Edwardsson has held a variety of roles in the tech industry, beginning with an internship at Lavasoft in 2009. Simon then worked as a self-employed programmer from 2008 to 2011, during which time they wrote an iPhone game called "Tower Defence" that generated several thousand downloads. In 2012, they held two positions simultaneously, working as a Thesis worker at Bombardier Transportation and as a Lead R&D Engineer and Software Engineer at Retail Solutions Inc. Simon then co-founded Aipoly in 2015, followed by V7 in 2018, where they currently hold the role of Co-Founder.
Simon Edwardsson has a background in Computer Science and Computer Engineering. Simon completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in 2010. Simon then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university, which they completed in 2012. During their Bachelor's program, they also served as a Research Student at the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2011.
