John Wilkie has worked for four companies in the past five years. John began their career in 2018 as a Junior Engineer at Capula. In 2019, they moved to TFM Networks Ltd as a Support Engineer. In 2021, they joined Verkada as a Technical Support Engineer and was promoted to Senior Technical Support Engineer. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Support Engineer at V7 since 2023.

John Wilkie attended Loughborough University from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. John then returned to Loughborough University in 2020, where they obtained a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching certification from Cisco in August 2019.
