Assem Kozhekova has worked in customer support roles since 2018. Assem began their career as a Help Desk Operator at Qiwi. In 2020, they joined Wolt as a Customer Support Associate and was later promoted to Senior Customer Support Associate. In 2021, they moved to Fridge No More as a Customer Support Specialist and is currently employed in the same role at V7 since 2022.
Assem Kozhekova has a diverse educational history. Assem is currently studying for a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at WSB University, and will be completing their degree in 2023. In 2021 and 2022, they studied for a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at ESTG - Politécnico do Porto. From 2018 to 2020, they attended the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Vocational Education in Business Administration and Management, General from the College of International Academy of Business from 2015 to 2018. Assem also has several certifications, including a SQL fundamentals for Data Analytics from DataBoom.kz in 2021, a SQL from Sololearn in 2021, a Certificate of Participation at the International Business Idea Competition (EBMC) from Stuttgart Media University in 2020, and an IELTS Academic from IELTS Official in 2018.
