Nidhhi Laskar has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of HR & Operations at V2Soft since September 2006. Prior to this role, Nidhhi held the position of HR Manager at Qwinix Technologies from April 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations and employee engagement activities. Nidhhi Laskar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Karnataka State Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology from Maharanis Science College for Women.
