Melissa Cogzell has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Melissa began their career in 2000 as an Administrator with The Multiple Sclerosis Society - UK. In 2001, they moved to Le Sirenuse as a Website Administrator and Public Relations Officer. From 2003 to 2017, they worked at Arup in various roles, including Business Administrator, Senior Business Administrator, and Administration Manager. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Consultant at Career Transitioning, Recruitment and Admin Services, where they provided career transitioning, recruitment, and administrative support services. In 2015, they joined Directioneering as an Associate. From 2017 to 2021, they were the People & Capability Administration Leader at Calibre. In 2021, they began a contract role as an HRIS Business Analyst at GBST. Currently, they are the Senior People & Culture Business Partner at v2food, where they are responsible for recruiting top talent, HRIS rollout and management, payroll support, learning design and implementation, employee wellbeing, and project work.
